The License Agreement For Use and Distribution

This legal document is an agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity), and XPerience Technologies, concerning the ClearBox Enterprise RADIUS Server software (the "Software").
Please read it carefully before installing the Software.

By selecting "Yes, I accept the agreement", you agree to the terms and conditions of the license set forth below. If these terms are not acceptable, select "I do not accept the agreement", to cease program operation.

LICENSE

Anyone may use the Software within evaluation period of 30 days. (The trial period does not apply if you have licensed the Software). After this 30-day period you must buy the license for the Software according to the terms and prices discussed in the Softwares's documentation, or you must immediately remove the Software from your system.

The Software evaluation version may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the Software without written permission from the copyright holder. The Software evaluation version may not be bundled or distributed with any other package without written permission of the copyright holder. The Software is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

Once purchasing the license, the user is granted a non-exclusive right to use the Software on one computer, for any legal purpose, at a time. If you wish to use the Software on additional computers you must purchase additional licenses. The licensed Software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

You are expressly prohibited from sublicensing, assigning, leasing, renting, loaning, time-sharing, copying, or otherwise distributing the Software, the license key or documentation to anyone, except as specifically provided in this Agreement. You may not alter, modify, adapt, create a derivative work, merge, translate, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software. Any attempt to do any of the foregoing shall automatically terminate your license.

MAINTENANCE, SUPPORT AND UPDATES
XPerience Technologies is under no obligation to maintain or support or update the Software in any way, or to provide updates or error corrections. Subject to the terms and conditions herein and provided that you have licensed the Software, you will receive technical support via email and the web for certain time period set by XPerience Technologies.

CONFIDENTIALITY
The Software and any license authorization codes are confidential and proprietary information of XPerience Technologies. You agree to take adequate steps to protect the Software and any license authorization codes, if any, from unauthorized disclosure or use.

LIMITED WARRANTY
XPerience Technologies expressly disclaims any warranty for the Software. The Software and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the Software remains with you.

In no event shall XPerience Technologies be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if XPerience Technologies has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

TERM AND TERMINATION
This License Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Software and documentation together with all copies and merged portions in any form. It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this License Agreement. Upon such termination you agree to destroy the Software and documentation, together with all copies and merged portions in any form.

TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS
This Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. All title and copyrights in and to the Software, the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the Software are owned by XPerience Technologies.

"ClearBox Server" is a trademark of XPerience Technologies. You may not remove, alter, deface, overprint, or otherwise obscure any ClearBox Server trademark, service mark, or copyright notices included with this Software.
